Caribbean Listings is the independent real estate platform for Bonaire and the Caribbean. We bring homes for sale, long-term rentals and new build projects from local real estate agencies together in one clear, central place.
Our story
Until now, the Caribbean islands had no central real estate platform like those in the Netherlands (Funda) or North America (Zillow). Listings were spread across many agency websites, advertisements and social media groups, which made it hard for buyers, tenants and investors to get a clear view of the market. We founded Caribbean Listings to change that.
Who we are
Caribbean Listings is an independent platform that works together with local real estate professionals. We only publish properties with the permission of the respective agencies. We're not a real estate agency, and we don't compete with the agencies on the islands. We don't accept direct listings from private owners (For Sale By Owner, or FSBO).
A growing network of agencies already presents their listings with us, making Caribbean real estate more visible and easier to find.
What we stand for

Our ambition
We started on Bonaire, where there is a strong need for a central real estate platform. Step by step, we're growing into the real estate platform for the Caribbean, welcoming more islands and more real estate professionals along the way.
